About Us
At Cedar Hill Action Team, our mission is to empower and uplift the most vulnerable members of our community through targeted support and development programs. We strive to enhance the lives of youth and the elderly in Cedar Hill and surrounding areas by providing exceptional educational, recreational, and wellness programs. We are committed to building strong partnerships with families, local government, and educational institutions to create a nurturing environment where every individual can thrive.
Who We Are
Cedar Hill Action Team is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that serves Cedar Hill, Texas and surrounding areas. We are committed to determining and providing for the needs of the citizens of Cedar Hill by partnering with the city, police department, school district, local, state, and national service organizations to help strengthen families, and impact lives, young and old, by fostering growth, creating leaders, and empowering people.
Who We Serve
Cedar Hill Action Team provides special program services to those who need it most - the youth and the elderly. Our goal is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We also provide various outreach programs to the seniors in our area with the goal of caring for them and letting them know how valuable they are to our community.
What We Do

Community Closet: Provides school supplies for teachers and parents and uniforms for students in CHISD.

Youth Empowerment Program: A FREE after-school program for ages 11-17.

Youth Summer Camp: Camp for ages 5-17 filled with engaging activities and lasting memories.

Love Thy Neighbor: Offers assistance to the senior citizens of Cedar Hill with transportation, and tasks such as plumbing, yard care, and meal delivery.
