Youth Programs
Since 2012, CHAT remains the first and only non-profit educational youth program in Cedar Hill that offers after-school and summer camp programs for children ages 5 through 17. Our programs have served over 3,000 children to date. Our goal is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We provide training, education and an avenue for our youth to learn life skills, confidence and become sufficient for their future. Here are the programs we currently focus on:
Youth Empowerment
Program
FREE after school program that provides a hot meal, homework help, mentorship, fun activities,
and more for ages 11-17.
Summer
Camp
Summer Camp for ages 5-17 filled with engaging activities and lasting memories. Presented in partnership with the City of Cedar Hill and Alan E. Sims Recreation Center
Community
Closet
Provides school supplies for teachers and parents and uniforms for
students in the Cedar Hill Independent School District.
