We provide various outreach programs to the seniors in our area with the goal of caring for them and letting them know how valuable they are to our community.

CHAT’s Love thy Neighbor program was created to serve our homebound senior citizens
(55 years of age or older)
It is a great resource for them. We work with our Cedar Hill Senior Center to provide food
for our seniors through the Meals on Wheels program.
We offer assistance to senior citizens of Cedar Hill with transportation and tasks such as
plumbing, yard care, and meal delivery.
Their needs vary based on daily activities like:
-
Transportation through S.T.A.R. Transit
-
Minor repairs
-
Picking up meals
-
Assisting the blind with reading and paying bills
-
Mowing the yard
-
Taking out the trash
-
Picking up meds
-
Picking up groceries
